What happens in a session?
We say hello and ask each other questions about the therapy, and you.
My questions will be very structured, and aimed at getting as good as an understanding of your life as possible. Your questions will be answered according to my capabilities.
You will learn about the service offered and be asked for written permission to proceed. You can change your mind. This service is confidential, but subject to knowledge that you are not a danger to yourself, or others.
If we discover you have professional requirements outside my scope, you will be informed immediately. In this situation you will be invited to give permission for a written referral.
